We aren't shy about our love of DOXA here at Analog:Shift.

In fact, the original inspiration behind Analog:Shift was squarely centered on DOXA! In any flavor, any color, from the classic orange-dialed Professional to the stunning silver-dialed Searambler, we love 'em all.

While perhaps not as well-known as the Blancpain Fifty-Fathoms or the Rolex Submariner, the DOXA Sub series played an integral role in the development of the modern diver's watch. The first generation of the model, introduced in 1967, brought innovations we now take for granted — a unidirectional dive bezel with the U.S. Navy's no-decompression dive timing marks engraved, an expanding bracelet, a brightly colored, hi-legibility dial, and an oversized luminous minute hand, to name but a few.

In addition to their highly sought-after vintage configurations, the Doxa SUB 300T is also made as a contemporary model in all the typical DOXA colorways. This particular SUB 300T, with a gorgeous blue dial features a 42mm stainless steel case with a domed crystal and a 'DOXA'-signed screw-down crown, plus an excellent FKM rubber dive strap with a folding clasp and a ratcheting wetsuit extension.

The dial, of course, features all the DOXA hallmarks — a jumbo minute hand, a smaller hour hand, a date window in a rectangular frame at 3 o'clock, and wordmarks mirroring each other at 10 o'clock and 4 o'clock. Powered by a self-winding Swiss movement, it comes with its factory kit.

A dive watch staple, the DOXA SUB 300T belongs in every serious' diver's collection. With its blue dial, this Professional is required reading!
